Production operatives
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £9.50/hour
Are you looking for a long term flexible role? Would you love to work with luxury products and high end brands? We are looking for production operatives to join the friendly Randstad team at a leading cosmetics company based in Ashford.
Some experience of a warehouse or manufacturing environment would be helpful but is not necessary as full training and induction will be given. Immediate starts available.
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Shift rota:
day shift – 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
Night shift – 22:00 – 06.00 + shift premiums

Here's what you'll be doing everyday:
Handling and monitoring machines within the factory to ensure that everything is running smoothly and according to schedule.
Requirements:
– An attention to detail
– To enjoy working as part of a team.
– Uses initiative whilst working.
– The ability to operate and control equipment (training will be given).
– The ability to follow instructions and production schedules.
– The ability to act quickly if a problem arises.
