Lead Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum £40,000-£45,000
This position will be based 3 days per week in iconic Bath, with 2 days working from home if you wish. We are seeking to hire a Lead Designer who is looking to work for a highly creative retail and e-commerce business. As the Lead Designer, you will have the rare opportunity to spearhead all things creative, reporting to the owner and Creative Director.
The experience we need.
The Lead Designer will have their own unique but adaptable creative style, you will be able to use typography, illustration and design to craft campaign ideas. Its likely you be working in a design agency, or creative retail business. An understanding or print and the production process would be highly desirable. We have one brilliant Midweight to manager and mentor, so previous management experience and the desire to lead a team will be required.
The role.
Design, artwork and project manage the quarterly campaigns, across catalogues and digital from initial concept to final product, including as and when required press passing.
Line managing and developing a talented mid-weight designer.
Design all digital marketing material, including E-newsletters, social assets, web banners, and more. Design all in store POS, such as signage, window vinyls, packaging, and sale assets.
Work with the Marketing and Creative Director on building the company brand.
