The Opportunity:
Would you like to work for an organisation where you can make an impact as a user researcher? The user research function in this organisation is new and with this role is the expectation for new ideas and the energy to help shape it.
The chief designer has grown her team to 25, doubling it in size during the last year. She reports directly to the organisations CEO who wants to see the company transformed into a design-led organization.
Your Job:
-Conducting research to understand the organisations customers' problems.
User research:
-conduct field studies
-surveys
-interviews
-ethnographic studies
-demographic analysis
-Comparative and competitive research
-Usability testing
-Develop comprehensive research

Required Skills:
-3+ years of demonstrated end-to-end experience in all aspects of the research process
-A portfolio or case study showing your UX research process.
-Degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Social Science, Statistics or other human behaviour-related degree (or equivalent demonstrated work experience)
-Technical background or strong familiarity with agile software engineering environment
-Working within an enterprise/SaaS environment

-Experience working with Finance related businesses is a plus but not essential
