An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Graphic / Creative Designer to join the UKs leading insurance broking and risk management business based in Tewkesbury.
 
In this role, you will be accountable for creating and delivering compelling and engaging marketing campaigns to all our customers. This is across the three operating companies on both a B2B and B2C basis, using multi-channel campaigns and concepts.
To be successful in this role you will need experience at mid-weight designer level and will have direct graphic design experience or a degree. You will need to provide a portfolio of your previous work and advanced skills in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
This is a permanent and full-time vacancy that offers hybrid working with home working of up to 3 days per week and a salary of 25k-30k
 
Key responsibilities of the graphic designer will include

Designing, creating and assembling visual assets to support all marketing activities (offline, online, print, web) across the Group
Translating brand identities into online assets to support PPC/Social Media product campaigns
Designing and creating assets for demand and lead generation content 
Designing brand and Group collateral templates, with the Marketing Manager, to unify all Group communications across 3 brands
Supporting whole marketing team and wider business with ongoing creative assetsUseful skills in addition to previous experience include

Familiarity of Canva, WordPress and Pardot or similar systems would be an advantage
Good time management skills for planning and executing all tasks to set deadlines
Experience of designing high quality offline assets for B2B and B2C comms
Experienced in visual design best practices across web and display – highly desirable 
Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) desirable
Experience with producing designs that follow specified brand guidelines for the design aspects of whitepapers, infographics and icons, e-brochures, web pages, email and offline print collateral/giftsThe ideal candidate will be
