To work with teams across the organisation to balance both project and business continuity at all points
To define and manage project plans, controls and processes with appropriate stakeholders

Provide specialist advice and recommendations to support informed decision making
Internal and external stakeholder management
Delivery of digital solutions that will affect all staff (~160 employees), as well as the wider communityMain responsibilities of the role
Use best practice project management methodologies to manage specified projects within a clear framework.
Work with colleagues and stakeholders to scope, document and agree project requirements.
Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for your projects including Project Canvas documents, briefs, specifications, GANTT charts, requirements/user stories and testing plans.
Take responsibility for all aspects of project management and be accountable for delivery to agreed time, cost and quality specifications.
Manage the end-to-end project process, building effective relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, translating their requests into tasks/user stories.
Manage any change requests for the project(s) and advise on impact to project timeline, budget and risk. Advise any impact to the overall programme and any dependencies impacted.
Monitor progress whilst documenting, resolving or escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
Coordinate and communicate with digital team, stakeholders, and agencies, including leading weekly project meetings
Provide appropriate level of reporting for projects including weekly updates to the Digital Programme team.
Manage all aspects of delivering a digital product/project including content planning, testing and launch planning.

Able to run both Agile and Waterfall projects
Ability to use Jira, Microsoft Project/Smartsheet
Knowledge of digital technologies and how web systems are constructed
