Retail Store Manager – Cambridge

My client is a dynamic fast fashion retail group that focuses on delivering catwalk style looks and all the latest trends at value for money prices. Their target audience is the fashion conscious womenswear market. They aim to be exciting and innovative, offering customers the fashions, footwear and accessories that they want, when they want.
They realise the most important part of their success is the customer. This is why they are focused on delivering an exciting shopping experience and making sure that their high standards of quality, value for money and service are always met.
As Store Manager of their store in Cambridge, their ideal candidate will:
* be a successful Store Manager who is sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills
* have a firm understanding of KPIs and how you drive them
* demonstrate effective planning and time management
* know your market customer type
* understand the key trends and identify customers' needs, driving customer loyalty
* recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales
* manage performance effectively to ensure you train and develop the best people
Up to 40 hours per week.
Salary is c£25K.
Package is 50% discount, bonus potential of £120/month, standard holidays etc
