Constructive Moves are working with a Leading London Residential Developer who is looking to add another designer / architect whose role will focus on the new land and producing sketches or drawings for those developments in mainly outer London locations mainly brownfield opportunities.
You will be responsible for ensuring that each new land opportunity is "maximised." This demands excellent time management, a creative problem solving character underpinned with sound knowledge of the planning and design environment.
You must be capable of delivering schemes that drive the greatest densities, producing cost effective efficient solutions, ensuring that optimal mix and sizes are achieved balanced against sound urban design principles and creative well considered architecture.
Primary objective is to deliver schemes that maximise our prospects of securing new land opportunities. On allocated projects to ensure you have all necessary background information required to facilitate your design and carry out thorough site due diligence. To produce drawings, schedules and brochures and any other graphics required to convey the detail of the scheme to colleagues or any third party.
You should hold a recognised Architectural qualification with minimum 3 years post qualification experiences or similar qualification.
Experience in the design, detailing and technical aspects of mixed use residential led schemes in outer London location typically (Apply online only) units plus in size.
Proficient with attest design and presentation software packages and you must have an understanding of housing design standards, planning policies and technical regulations.
