Senior Designer
An exciting position has become available for a Senior Designer based in West Hertfordshire. Hours are flexible to suit you and the position can be either full or part time.
The successful candidate will earn between £35,000 and £40,000 pro rata.
The ideal candidate will be a talented and experienced designer with ambition and confidence.
Are you the right person for the job?
If you have the following, the answer is yes!
Extensive design/creative experience.
The ability to deliver campaigns that are memorable and effective.
You are comfortable working in multiple channels and mediums, producing everything from snappy social media to perfect print and super signage. Web design, wireframing and video editing is a plus.
The ability to take complicated subjects and represent them in engaging outcomes.
You are happy working with established brands as well as creating stunning new identities.
First rate skills in Adobe CC, including InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, as well as comfortable working in Microsoft Office and Figma.
Brilliant communicator and motivator, equally at ease with team members, clients and suppliers, presenting, discussing and negotiating.
Proactive in looking for fresher, better ways of communicating visually.
Great time-management skills, able to multi-task and organise.
The ability to create and work to deadlines and manage team members when appropriate.
What will my role as a Senior Designer look like?
In this role, you will bring design solutions to life which adhere to client’s marketing strategies and business goals.
Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
