Salary : £20000 – £24000/annum
Our client is a small boutique agency based in West Leeds and that has been established for over 10 years. They are very innovative and provide creative solutions that include branding, advertising, new media, marketing and much more. Their clients range from large to household names and they are looking to recruit a graduate / junior graphic designer to join the team asap!
Graduate Designer
Our Ideal candidate;
You will be a creative individual that can design for commercial use, be able to work from concept through to artworking, be a good communicator, versatile and professional. Your portfolio will be diverse and display a commercially viable style. Full training will be given so you will be an enthusiastic and energetic person keen to make an impact in your first / second role.
Creative Designer
Core responsibilities;
You will work 360 creative solutions including branding, brochures, digital layouts, advertising and more.
You will be designing for print and digital working on a range of solutions including banners, posters, magazines and eMarketing.
You will be working closely with a small team of designers, be involved in many meetings and working long hours in order to achieve the highest standards of agency design.
Junior Graphic Designer
Required Skills:
• A varied portfolio that shows creativity and the ability to work to commercial briefs
• Ability to think laterally and demonstrate innovation but still to brand guidelines
• Be meticulous in your work and have a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Some digital exposure for web / emarketing work
• Ability to work on various projects showing excellent time management
• Punctual, pro active, enthusiastic and professional
• You enjoy learning and want personal growth
• Can work in a fast agency environment and work under pressure
