Project Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £43000/annum
Experience job running Project Architect required to join an established medium sized Architectural Practice to spearhead a variety of large scale projects in the Education, Residential and Industrial sectors. The role can be based in their HQ studio space in Chesterfield or in their recently formed Leeds city centre studio, the practice operate an agile working model with home working available several days per week.
Boasting an impressive and diverse project portfolio across several sectors nationally our client have established an excellent reputation for seeing through projects from inception to completion. Whilst the Practice boast an impressive cross sector track record of successful commissions they are best known for their work in the Education, Residential, Workplace, Defence and Commercial sectors.
They are now looking to bolster their various growing design teams with the addition of a capable job running project Architect with excellent REVIT capabilities to work on projects across all RIBA Stages. Ideally you will have in the region of 5 plus years post qualification experience and be accomplished at working across all RIBA stages of work with a particular focus on securing someone who excels at project delivery, excellent contemporary design flair and imagination is fundamental to all candidates who work here.
The Project Architect will also have the following
* ARB/RIBA Qualified Project Architect.
* Minimum 5-7 years post qualification experience.
* Excellent Communication/Presentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
* REVIT software proficient.
* Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
* Particular experience within the Commercial, Education or Residential sectors would be advantageous.
