Marketing Apprentice
We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our busy marketing team in Walsall.
You will be trained in all areas of digital content creation; from producing eye-catching images and video, to helping out with our social media strategy.
As well as on-the-job training, you’ll be working towards the Junior Content Producer Level 3 qualification delivered by Ginger Nut Training.
Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a career change, this role will give you a fantastic grounding for your future career in digital content creation.

* Rates of Pay: £6.87 to £9.50 per hour
* Walsall, WS1
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 – 17:00 with a 1 hour unpaid break
An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite would be preferred but not essential

Job Role:
You’ll be working alongside the internal marketing team to assist with the following duties:
* Create content for recruitment advertising using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva
* Work with different media formats including print, digital and video
* Monitor and respond to messages on our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
* Help to manage our company intranet
* Assist with running paid social media advertising campaigns
* Write creative copy for different audiences
* Carry out competitor analysis on social media and websites
* Schedule content using Hootsuite
* Support the wider business with marketing queries
Requirements of a Junior Content Apprentice:
* English and Maths GCSE grade 4+
* An interest in social media
* Strong IT skills and able to learn programs quickly
* Can write creatively
* An eye for design
* Good communication skills
* Enthusiastic
* Able to work on their own initiative
* After completion of successful probationary period
