As Graphic Designer, you will be working within the UK and Ireland marketing department, assisting the Senior Design Manager in maximising marketing lead generation through digital and printed mediums while developing and shaping customer perceptions of the LexisNexis brand and product offerings. You will be required to support the sales team and other internal departments with customer facing materials, this requires excellent skills using the Adobe Creative suite. You will help to manage, maintain and develop the UK website, including content management. You will also design and produce digital and printed content for marketing initiatives including promotional videos, social media content, infographics, advertising, brochures, whitepapers and exhibition graphics.
This is a remote role with occasional visits to our Cardiff office for meetings and face-to-face collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* To create design work based on marketing leadership specifications, needs and brand guidelines
* To ensure deadlines are met, while delivering excellent design quality
* To obtain approval by presenting all work to the Senior Design Manager
* To follow filing procedures set out by the Senior Design Manager for the storage of creative assets and resources
* To follow production, productivity and quality standards
* To help other departments by answering questions and responding to requests
* To update job knowledge by participating in educational and training opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent in graphic design
* Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Skilled in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere Pro)
* Good understanding of web design concepts and processes
