Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for Sales Associates in London, Mayfair for a well-established French luxury retailer.
As part of your missions, you will share the values with a demanding clientele and will be able to showcase the full range of luxury products.
By joining the brand, you will be part of a traditional and a timeless fashion marque.
To be considered for the role, you must have some previous experience in sales and customer service along with strong appetite for luxury fashion & customer relations.
List of responsibilities:
Welcoming the customers in the discovery of the brand and products, providing high quality advice and sales service,
Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs,
Accompany them in defining their needs to offer them a response that is as close as possible to their expectations,
Share and spread the client's values and history (Proven Brand and product knowledge),
offering alternative items and add-on products to them,
Keeping the boutique presentable to the clientele in order to provide the best service possible.
Requirements for the Sale Associate:
Respectful, self-confident, and strong character with a hands-on approach to all tasks.
Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
Dynamic, energetic, and positive minded character.
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving,
Articulate, with excellent communication, excellent elocution, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
Passionate about luxury.
