Exciting opportunity has been created within a world recognised apparel fashion retailer. This company have lots of stores across ROI, Europe and UK, with further expansion coming to ROI. You will have the opportunity to take your in store VM experience to the next level which will in hand bridge the gap to lead you in your career to Regional/ Area level in the future. You will over see a couple of stores in a small geographical area within Fashion / Apparel stores. Not a role to be missed and will not require you to hold a drivers license at present.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Manage all window displays to an excellent standard, and maintain on a daily basis.
Style all mannequins to company guidelines however you will have the opportunity to be creative to style to suit your stock package and local customer base.
Work with your in store retail team to communicate on floor moves, changes and completing floor walks.
Implement and manage, with the support of the Store Managers, the brand visual guidelines.
Work towards money mapping & reading of reports to guide your VM standards with commercial decisions, while working closely with the Store Manager directly and team.
Maintain strong product knowledge regarding merchandise in order VM correctly and to communicate to customers for more effective selling.
Support the Store Managers by ensuring the sales team delivers consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
Support and deliver for the Store Managers in training the store team on visual execution and standards.
Experienced Required;
Currently working as an In Store Visual Merchandiser within the fashion clothing sector is a MUST.!
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy both the creative and training side of delivering VM.
Excellent Planning and organisational skill to work between a number of store in a close geographical area.
Ability to work closely with the Visual Guidelines for each store however ability to be creative with product placement through commercial reporting.
Absolutely love stylising and having a creative edge with Windows & In Store Mannequins.
