RIBA Part 1 Architectural Assistant – Urgent Requirement

Salary : £24000 – £28000/annum
An ambitious RIBA qualified Part 1 Architectural Assistant with demonstrable industry experience is required to join an award-winning Architectural Design Studio in Chelmsford.
This well-established practice specialises in the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Community sectors. With a reputation for approaching their work with passion, integrity, creativity and practicality, this close-knit team pride themselves on building lasting and loyal relationships with their clients and have acquired a fantastic reputation as a highly trusted consultancy.
The company are well-placed to continue to push forward and build on previous successes. As such, they are now looking to add an Architectural Assistant that can bring verve and vigour to the office along with a friendly and helpful personality that can add true value to the team.
The successful Architectural Assistant will be given support and training as they progress their studies and will have the opportunity to work on a growing workload in the residential sector predominately with national housebuilders as well as private developers.
Part 1 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
RIBA qualified Part 1 Architectural Assistant
Demonstrable experience working in UK Architecture industry is essential
Fantastic communication skills and a great work ethic
Ambitions to develop into a fully chartered Architect
Fully proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign & Photoshop
The salary on offer will fall in-line with the RIBA salary guide for the level of the role plus generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
