Adecco Chester are recruiting on behalf of our client – a luxury fashion retailer in the centre of Chester.
We are looking for a flexible and hardworking candidate to support them for 4 hours a week, ideally at the weekends.
This could suit someone looking for extra money, a student with spare time at the weekend or someone who previously worked in retail and wants to get back into the industry!
As part of their Retail team, you'll be joining our store in Chester on a part time basis as our Sales Associate, who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.
This role will pay £9.50ph and is an ongoing temporary role.
Key Requirements
Experience in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment but this isn't essential.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals
Be a team player
Ability to work under pressureDuties
Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience
Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products
Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management
Maintaining visual standards
