Studio Manager

Salary : £40000/annum
Seeking a motivated Studio Manager to join our client, an established Design Agency based in Lancashire.
As the new Studio Manager, you will be joining the business on a full-time basis, working from their studio, with options of hybrid working.
What you'll be doing
Plan and organise production schedules
Assess project and resource requirements
Agree timescales with clients and managers
Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
Determine quality control standards
Oversee production processes
Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary
Select, order and purchase materials
Organise the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Manage workflow / liaising with both internal studio & freelance staff
Liaise with clients and sales staff
Supervise and manage the work staff
Organise relevant training sessions
What you'll need
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong administration/project coordinator experience
Knowledge or experience working within Graphic Design would be advantageous
On offer is a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
