Superb opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an up and coming architectural practice based in Leicester city centre.
The practice were established just over 10 years ago, in which time they have grown to a team of 8 members, featuring Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants. The practice prides itself on delivering exceptional projects, that are socially, economically and environmentally friendly, whilst providing their clients with innovative and cost effective buildings. Areas worked within include residential property, commercial/retail units and more.
To continue their sustainable growth plans, the practice are now seeking to add an experienced Architectural Technologist to the team that can run projects, lead teams and be a driving force for further growth of the practice. Commuting options are a plenty, with Leicester train station less than a 10 minute walk away and parking available nearby, those travelling from outside of the city centre will find the office easily accessible.
As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining a fast paced environment and will be required to work on multiple projects at once on occasion, so experience within a similar environment would be highly beneficial. Archicad software is used throughout the office, so experience of using this would also be beneficial when applying to this role.
Immediate starts are available to the successful Architectural Technologist, following being offered a salary in the region of £32,000-£40,000 per annum.
