Senior Architectural Technician required to join an award winning, medium sized architectural practice based in the centre of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire!
Due to an influx in workload, the practice are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a friendly and talented architectural team, working on projects that vary on size, sectors, and value.
The practice boast a diverse portfolio and an enviable list of clientele throughout the Midlands region. Sectors worked within include; Education, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Healthcare, with projects values of up to £20 million.
Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technician:
At least 8 years experience as an Architectural Technician
Varied background of project experience on sector, size and value
Experience in Vectorworks is beneficial, however training is provided
Clear progression routes mean you will be presented with the opportunity to develop in to an Associate level position in the not too distant future.
