Grafton are working with a luxury fashion retailer, based on Edinburgh to help find an Assistant Manager.
The brand has a friendly environment. They are looking for someone with experience who can help motivate and lead the team.
This is a full time (40 hours) permanent role, with some great benefits like private healthcare and a 20% commission structure.
Role:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maximizing store turnover whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting brand, and for deputizing all responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
Responsibility as an Assistant Manager:
Support the timely organization, advertising and hiring of the best candidates,
Understand flow, planning, shrink, stock levels, replenishment, help manage & report issues, feedback on trends or product opportunities,
Review and recommend actions on product mix, best-sellers, slow-movers
Ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with Mystery Shop, Brand Ambassador, 6 Steps of Selling, Loyalty Program, Claims and Customer Enquiries,
Positively promote and grow the Brand and Values,
Day to day Operations (Admin, Tasks, Standards checks, etc.)
Assist Manager to regularly set, monitor and discuss individual goals and achievements; celebrating success and challenging under-performance.The successful Assistant Manager in Edinburgh will:
