Case Fabricator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £25000/annum production bonus
We are looking for a case fabricator or someone who has had experience working with metals and materials ( not essential but relevant). You must be able to read drawings and have excellent practical skills.You will be building the shells of customed designed cases from raw materials.
Responsibilities:
This requires the use of;
Trumpf CNC Press to cut out the Aluminium and Astroboard
Folder to shape the Case shells when made from Aluminium
TIG Welding the Shells when made from Aluminium
Cutting extrusion using Saws
Assembling and finishing the Cases – fitting the extrusion the Handles Catches etc. using various drills and Rivet guns.
Skills required:
Must be able to read drawings and have excellent practical skills
Full Training will be given in the use of the Trumpf CNC Press and Welding, but some relevant experience would be helpful.
Experience of metal working would be highly relevant but not essential.

Hours: 8am – 5pm Mon-Thur 8am-3.30pm Fri (occasional overtime)
£23k – £25k + production bonus
