Revit Technician
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £26 – £36/hour
We are working with a leading architectural practice, recognized world-wide for its exceptional work and reputation. They are looking for a highly capable Revit Technician to join their team on a short-term 4 week contract, with the possibility to go permanent.
The practice has worked on a range of scales including singular buildings, large mixed-use commercial projects and cultural projects that hold global significance. They have won numerous awards internationally for their work.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a pioneering cultural development that will be recognized on an international scale. The studio, located in the heart of London, offers a creative work environment and a diverse team of designers that create a refreshing mix of knowledge and ideas.
As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for managing and co-coordinating a Revit model at LOD 200 for the Project which is currently in concept Stage 1. You will be working with the team in producing Revit documentation, and co-coordinating with consultants in BIM 360. For this role you need:
Experienced working in Revit – setup a model from scratch, manage and maintain a model, scheduling and the creation of custom families etc.
The ability to translate Rhino geometry into Revit
Have a 'can do' attitude' with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-faced environment
