Architect needed urgently to join one of Liverpool's 'rising-stars' within the local Architectural community; an exciting practice with around 8 members of staff and an incredibly busy pipeline of work ahead for the next year.
The studio is overseen by an ambitious and motivating Director; the sort of person that no matter what your experience level, you can still learn alot from them. The culture of the studio is collaborative and friendly, with projects and workload being divided up equally amongst the team so everyone has their say on all matters of the practice. This modern approach has seen the company continue to grow and continue to retain their best staff. In 5 years from now this company could be one of the largest in Liverpool .. Watch this space.
Their workload is mainly within the Education & Healthcare sectors. This could be a primary school refurbishment, new healthcare centre through to work on a university campus building. There is also the occasional Residential, or extra-care project dependent on what they extensive client list demands at the time. They are well connected and well thought-of across the North-West region and as such are beginning to take on more and more work to meet their demand. For this reason, they are looking to hire an Architect to join their modern studio.
Key requirements we are looking for:
* To hold a ARB and/Or RIBA Chartership.
* A minimum 1 years practical experience on live projects.
* Education/Healthcare project experience preferred, but isn't essential for the role.
* Ability to work as part of a wider team of construction professionals.
* Proficiency using both AutoCAD & REVIT is essential.
A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate, in the region of £34,000-£40,000 per annum. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays,
