mustardMD are working with one of Bristol’s leading creative agencies to find a new Head of UX. Established over 20 years ago, this Clifton-based agency boast an impressive portfolio of both B2B and B2C clients across a variety of sectors. Within the company there is a passion for human-centred design and a commitment to creating remarkable digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience in a senior UX role or above and possess the ability to mentor and manage junior members of the team, whilst scoping and securing new projects. As head of UX you will have 2 Senior Designers reporting to you, and therefore must have the prowess and calibre fitting to these responsibilities. You will ideally have agency experience but this is not essential, however adaptability around various projects and situations is a must.
Day-to-day you can expect to work across diverse industries including sustainability, learning, mobility, finance, energy among others. Some mentionable names in the client portfolio include EY, Lloyds Banking Group, BP and Teradata.
