The Role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a school based in Sutton who are looking to appoint an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible.
For this Behaviour Mentor role you will need to have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and similar experience of working within a secondary school environment.
The role will require you to monitor the progress of the students academic and social growth whilst ensuring safety in the classroom.
The successful candidate will be confident in their behaviour management skills and their ability to inspire, strengthen and motivate each child in order to enhance their academic performance.
