Artworker
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £26000/annum
One of the North West's leading Signage companies is on the look out for an experienced Artworker, reporting to the Studio Manager they are looking to appoint a candidate with a good working knowledge of CC Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. You will be responsible for taking briefs from the Studio Manager, end clients, Customer Service or Sales Representatives.
Working from artwork supplied you will be required to prepare for digital output checking that the correct procedures and systems are followed in accordance with the ISO 9001 Procedures Manual.
An ability to work under pressure is essential to achieve short deadlines and you will be responsible for the efficient running of the workstation and meeting all operational standards.
A working knowledge of large format graphics production is an advantage and you will be required to provide support to the Production and Digital departments.
The successful Artworker candidate will also be required to check that artwork is created in the most efficient way, checking for errors, colour and dimension accuracy before passing to the Digital Department for production. The position offers excellent remuneration and is negotiable
