Job description – the role
Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Learning & Development Facilitator for a 6 months contract based remotely with the need to attend the office once a month in the following locations: London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for the design of outstanding training interventions.
Design learning interventions to a wide range of audiences across Personal & Business Banking.
Support colleagues from across Personal & Business Banking to provide an excellent customer experience, by designing key learning programmes to support the PBB StrategyAs a Learning & Development Facilitator you will be responsible for:
Responsible for design of a variety of key learning programmes across retail banking, ensuring staff have the capability to serve customers to the highest standards.
Demonstrate ability to work within tight timescales and meet deadlines
Develops design standards through proactively undertaking the Design principals.
Demonstrate working collaboratively with colleagues within the wider Learning team, stakeholders and external suppliers regarding the development and maintenance of material to enhance credibility and commerciality, to further improve the customer experience.
Demonstrate Treating Customers Fairly and Diversity and Inclusion principals
Accountable for adherence to budgets and comply with expenses policy
Comply with relevant Group policies, testing and certifying the adequacy and effectiveness of controls on a regular basis
Establish and document operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet Group and local policy requirements.What we require from the candidate:
L&D professional – able to design and implement learning (workshops / self led / video / elearning) L&D specifically with Design.
Ideally knowledge of retail banking industry
Digital solution design
Experience of working alongside a supplier would be beneficial.
Financial services experience. Next steps
