About the job
Through continued growth my client is looking for an experienced security service manager to manager their security service engineers
* Work with the Security Department Administrator to ensure that the Security Service Engineers have services booked in for the following week and they have the relevant paperwork and that the service reminder letters are sent to Customers and booking them in as requested.
* Technical support to the Sales Team and Security Installation Department, particularly with respect to larger projects which may involve the integration of various systems.
* Deal with Customers' telephone enquiries.
* If the occasion arises, be included on the call out rota in the event of sickness.
About the successful applicant
You will have experience of leading teams of service engineers within the intruder alarms and CCTV sector. You will be strong in your organisational skills and capable of building strong relationships with the team as well as building strong relationships with senior management.
To be successful you will have:
1. Experience working on intruder alarms.
2. 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
