Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding high-end Architecture and Interior Design consultancy as they look for a Technical Project Manager. Looking to speak with candidates from an Interior background.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design strategies.
* Manage designers' calendars, arrange stakeholder meetings, and maintain sample libraries.
* Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met.
* Manage schedule, metrics collection, shipping, inventory, and accounting for specified projects.
* Interact with clients, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines.
* Assisting in providing clarifications for any design related questions/concerns raised during the tender process.
* Determine and define clear deliverables for specific projects or initiatives.
* Overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
* Liaising with the client and other construction professionals.
* Checking site reports, designs variations and shop drawings.
* Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
* Conducting quality inspections.
* Assisting the client in pre-qualifying tenders.
* Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
* Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering
* Professional Project Management Certification preferred
* Excellent knowledge of building methods and regulations
* Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
* 8-10 years experience in the construction field on a similar role
