Our client is a long-established practice who has numerous awards attached to its high-profile name. Industry experts in the residential sector, they focus on a range of different projects including, estate and urban regeneration, private housing, community housing and lots more.
For this role, you will be working in the Consulting team on smaller-scale residential projects, many of which are existing building refurbishments.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of post-qualified experience
Excellent Revit skills, and strong technical skills on stage 3+
Experience working on existing building refurbs and remediation projects
Good knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent report writing skills
