This award-winning practice have a fantastic track-record of delivering projects across a range of sectors. The role will see the Senior Architect working across RIBA stages 2-6 predominantly focussing on small to large scale residential projects with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres.
The ideal Senior Architect will come with a minimum of 8 years' experience, excellent design skills and planning and technical knowledge. You will also be required to operate autonomously on projects and so demonstrable ability to do this will be highly sought after.
Senior Architect Requirements:
ARB/RIBA chartered Architect
Minimum 8 years' experience post qualification
Demonstrable experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
Proficiency with both AutoCAD & Revit is essential
Experience in Planning and Permitted Development Rights
Outstanding communication skills
