The consultancy have numerous offices spread throughout the country, delivering successful property and construction solutions both across the UK and internationally. Projects include buildings such as hotels, advanced manufacturing, education buildings, healthcare, offices and R&D projects.
To be considered for this role as an Architectural Technician you must possess the following:
Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Demonstrable experience working within UK Architecture industry
Fully proficient in with REVIT
BIM management Dynamo grasshopper is beneficial
Visualisation experience in Enscape, Lumion and Rhino experience is beneficial
Technical knowledge of building fabric/elements
Knowledge of the RIBA Working stages and UK best practice standards

Salary offered is between £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, plus:
