We are helping a collaborative company recruit a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join their inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time graphic design role is based in Woking with hybrid working and offers a salary of £26,000 and excellent benefits.
As a flexible Graphic Designer, you will own the creation of visual assets for the company's websites, social media channels and marketing collateral. You will also be responsible for the creation of any general graphics required across the wider business.
To give you an idea of how this Graphic Designer role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
Create graphic elements within marketing collateral and content blogs, case studies, press releases etc.
Design social media banners and assets and website assets
Support marketing campaigns with design assets
Consistently improve the look, feel and usability of the company's websites
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
To succeed in this graphic design job, you should have a keen eye for detail and quality and be a creative thinker who can work to deadlines. You will also need 5 GCSEs A*-C (or equivalent) and one year of experience in the graphic design space. In addition, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Demonstrable graphic design skills with an outstanding portfolio
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
An understanding of marketing, website design, organisation identity, product-based imagery advertisements and multimedia design
Proficiency in written English for proofing collateral
An excellent eye for visual composition and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
