Are you looking for a role in the medical device industry where you will play a key role in the human factors side of the business?

Based North of Bury st Edmunds this company are an innovative manufacturer of medical devices. They have an impressive portfolio of cutting edge products which enables all their engineers to be at the forefront of technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, running, reporting and analysis of high-quality Human Factors studies and activities. The role includes collaboratively working within our multidisciplinary teams, developing medical devices that are suitable and safe for use.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate that holds a degree in human factors, ergonomics, product design or psychology. Have an interest in getting into the medical device industry and being in a human factors engineering role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a leading medical device manufacturer where you will be a vital cog in the wheel whilst developing your knowledge and technical capabilities.

The role:
* Ensure that user requirements have been identified and met in the design of the device.
*Generation of project documentation in line with medical device regulatory requirements.
*Develop study protocols, moderating, data collecting and analysing user studies, including formative and summative evaluations.
*Plan and conduct early user research activities such as contextual inquiries, interviews and journey mapping. Analysis of use errors, root-cause and use risk analysis.
*Technical and editorial reviews of other team member's work.

The person:
*Have a degree in human factors, ergonomics, product design or Psychology.
*Have an interest in developing your career in the medical device industry.
*Have an interest in being in a role based around human factors engineering
