Senior Interior Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
I am working with a luxury property development company who are growing their in-house design team, and are looking for a talented and meticulous Senior Interior Designer to join their south-west London studio.
This company has expertise and a stellar reputation for creating exceptional residences in some of London's most prestigious locations, focusing predominantly on the super-prime locations in Central London. As well as their own developments, they also partner with private clients, investors and asset managers.
Historically this company were partnered with an award-winning interiors studio, however they are now looking to grow their in-house team of Designers due to their company success. This role will be the developer opportunity that can propel your career to the next level, working on turning prime real estate into beautiful homes.
To be considered for this Senior Interior Designer role, you need:
An Interior Design/Architecture degree, or related design qualification
At least 3 years experience working on luxury residential projects
A detail-orientated approach to design, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
Very Strong technical abilities in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Sound FF&E knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with other consultants and team members to fulfill the project brief
Knowledge and understanding of listed building regulations
This company currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days in office and 1 day from home.
