Here at Urbis Schréder, we’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to come and join our team.
Joining us as Product Support Technician, you will provide technical product expertise for products and connected solutions, whilst consistently delivering excellent customer service. You can look forward to a varied day, with your duties including configuring products, resolving technical product issues and support installation. You will offer timely assistance to support all aspects of the business and maintain excellent group relations by continued communication and co-operation.
The successful candidate:
* Technical Qualification minimum BTEC HNC / HND Product Design / Mechanical/ Electronic / Electrical Engineer.
* 5 GCSEs A*-C / minimum of Level 4 including Maths and English.
* Full clean driving licence.
Ideally, you will have experience working in an Engineering based role, as well as experience using 2D and 3D modelling software (AUTOCAD or Solidworks), however this role would also be suitable for someone who is looking to develop their design skills. Honest and reliable, with high attention to detail, you will have a real passion for technology and will be able to think outside the box to provide innovative solutions.
