Salary: £25k – 35k + 23 days holiday + pension + £103 pm flex cash benefit

About the role:
The Art Department of the Brand is currently looking for a full-time Junior Designer. This will be an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and fast-growing sport brand. Working with a US based team reporting to the Art Director of New York Office to assist in creating trend driven and forward graphics for apparel and products such as soccer balls, soccer shoes, goalie gloves and sneakers.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for details. You will have proficient Adobe Illustrator skills (this is essential as it is the main software used by the business). This position is for someone who is truly interested in learning, is adaptive and likes being part of a team. Being a football/Sports fan is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create new presentation booklets for clubs using the templates on the CSP server and following art requests submitted by DVP
* Recreate vector logos for clubs
* Use art pattern jersey templates to create technical specifications for sublimated jersey prints
* Create mechanicals for club crest patches, fan shop design prints, sponsored field items, other accessories etc.
* Research jersey, logo and fan shop designs for inspiration
* Work on multiple projects at the same times & manage deadlines
* Keep up with to do lists and follow company guidelines
Candidate Profile:
* Design degree background
* Circa 2 years professional design experience with a sports/lifestyle product
* Mac literate
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
* Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Well organized and meticulous attention to detail
* Team player
