Junior Design Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
Core Group are partnered with one of the UK's biggest main contractors who are searching for their next Junior Design Manager to start immediately.
EXPERIENCE/ TRAITS:
Minimum 2/3 years on site
Engineering or Construction Management qualification
Must have been involved with Internal Fit Out works, preferably healthcare
Experience in the management of 4Projects document control system is a necessity
Perfect written & verbal communication skills are mandatory
Very organised, structured, pro-active approach to the role is mandatory
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Managing the daily processing of design information between all parties
Resolving technical site queries as they are presented
Reporting to Project manager and inputting design updates as required into reports etc.
Chairing any remaining design team meetings as required (assistance can be provided where necessary initially)
Coordinating O&M information as part of the upcoming sectional completions
