Salary : £50000 – £65000/annum
Senior Creative Designer – MICE Agency – London / Hybrid – £50-65k. A superb opportunity for an experienced Creative Designer to join this award winning Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE) Agency based in London where you will be responsible for translating client briefs into creative strategies and bringing these to life. This might include product launches, conventions, trade shows through to gala dinners and incentive trips. The role will require a creative, artistic and illustration ability.
Senior Creative Designer Responsibilities
Working alongside creative production, event managers, venue sourcing and sales/account management teams, you will oversee design projects as the creative lead, from conception through to delivery. You will develop creative designs, bring them to fruition which might include set or exhibition design, brand communications, and all elements of visual design relating to event communications. You will use design software such as Adobe, CAD, photoshop of sketchup to create colour boards, design, sketches or models to outline creative solutions.
You will support the sales/account management team in proposing creative solutions to clients, develop budgets and resource requirement plans, work with contractors and venues to ensure design briefs are being met and delivered on time/budget.
Senior Creative Designer Skills Required
Experience executing design projects from conception to delivery
Experience gained in the MICE sector, preferably from an agency background
University degree preferred in subjects such as design, art, theatre of events
Hands on experience using design software such as CAD / photoshop / Adobe or Sketchup
Experience in event management
Project and budget management experience
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Senior Creative Designer Additional Details
A basic salary in the region of £50000 – £65,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, life assurance, flexi benefits and hybrid working out of Canary Wharf based office.
