German speaking Account Director

Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
An amazing new opportunity has started with a well-established and international creative design agency near Croydon, who are looking for a German speaking Project Manager. In this role you will be required to have outstanding communication skills in both German and English in order to work on a range of projects with the company's clients. This role offers a lot of training and progression – you will have autonomy and responsibility by running your own projects within a dynamic team where you will receive a lot of training and support. This role would be ideal for someone with strong language skills and a hardworking attitude. This is a full time permanent position based in the office in Purley on a hybrid basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as advice your team on client communication
Meeting and exceeding performance metrics
Managing team projects, and lead your team effectively, coaching them on direct reports
Work alongside different departments to ensure the work produced is as desired by the clientsAbout you:
You will be required to self-manage, be flexible and professional, and to lead your team with motivation. with excellent attention to detail and able to manage workloads. You also need to be a highly organised, driven by deadlines and results.
Profile:
Fluency in German and English is essential
5+ years of account management experience
Have an understanding of internal design agency procedures
FMCG packaging experience
