Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £45000/annum
Eden Brown have partnered with an award winning Architectural Consultancy based in in Portsmouth.
Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to work as part of a team from their office delivering a mixture of projects from Residential, through to Education, Healthcare and Commercial. This consultancy take sustainability seriously with a real passion being Passivhaus and embodied carbon.
To be considered for the role you will have;
A minimum 3 years' experience of working on and understanding of current UK building regulations
Be CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist, qualified by experience considered
A keen eye for design as well as the technical skills in working with new and existing buildings
Fast, efficient and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Revit is advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of NBS, specification writing and tender preparation
Excellent communication skills
