Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £45000/annum
Eden Brown have partnered with an award winning Architectural Consultancy based in in Bristol
Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Bristol studio.With a variety of projects from traditional Architecture, through to mixed-use developments, high end hotels, and James Bond style like projects, this consultancy are seeking a ambitious Technologist to join their growing team!
To be considered for the role you will have;
A minimum 3 years' experience of working on and understanding of current UK building regulations
Be CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist, qualified by experience considered
A keen eye for design as well as the technical skills in working with new and existing buildings
Fast, efficient and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Revit is advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of NBS, specification writing and tender preparation
Excellent communication skills
