They are seeking a Content Designer to join a growing user-centred design team of experts who are all helping shape public sector services for the better. You will:
Iterate content based on insights from User Research
Make complex language and processes easy to understand
Work with the GDS framework – experience in this is not essential, as long as you have designed with accessibility in mind
The role is for a naturally curious and innovative thinker – someone who takes the initiative to solve a problem by working closely with the client's business requirements, user needs and technical capabilities. With plans to treble the size of their team by 2025, you can expect natural career progression in to senior roles or even move within the business!
This role can be done remotely, with visits to your nearest office as and when required (London, Leeds, Edinburgh or Newcastle)
