Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum

We've got some big new product development plans and we're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can have a 360 approach to bring ideas to life in packaging, digital and marketing. The role is for a market leading FMCG multi fragrance & toiletries brand in Harrow, West London. We need someone who is ready to tackle the big projects as well multi task the small day to day tasks. £25K-£27K (Depending on Experience)

In this role you will be reporting and working very closely with the Head of Design & NPD designing packaging for all current products and new product development. It is important you are able to consistently come up with original, creative ideas and taking them from concept to finished product

Responsibilities:
-Build pitch decks for the sales teams and distributors
-Deliver ecommerce assets including web banners, newsletters, product & lifestyle shots and additional ad-hoc digital requirement
-Creatively build web banners and social design for external online partners
-The ability to deliver large scale print from advertising campaigns to exhibition stands
-Product and lifestyle shot re-touching
-Multimedia design for all social media channels
-Create content tailored to specific channels including Real-time design and execution of creative assets including but not limited to short-form GIFs/Boomerangs, static images, video, illustrations and copy etc.
-Collating conceptual mood board experiences
-Identifying gaps in the market and create aspiration & innovative
-Executing both large and small creative briefs to a high standard
-Project managing briefs and internal expectations
-Presenting and pitching ideas to stakeholders

Skills and Experience:
You’ll need to be a designer that is on brand and has commercial awareness. You’ll have the ability to adapt to the project briefs, be conceptual and follow creative direction. You'll be used to taking on projects from the beginning and have the ability to multi-task large workload. You’ll be able meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You'll have advanced knowledge of Creative Suite, be excellent at setting up artwork files. Finally, attention to detail is a must!

Suitable for a graphic design graduate:
-1-2 years Packaging Graphic Design experience is essential
-Experience in health & beauty is preferable but not essential
-Impressive portfolio preferably including some examples of design for FMCG products
-Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
-An ability to manage your own workload from start to finish in a timely manner
-Proactive, Self-Motivated and Driven
-An in-depth knowledge of Creative Suite CC
