I currently have a Structural Engineer role available for my client that are a Tier 1 contractor and are one of the leading engineering companies in the UK.
My client provides a Flexible and agile working environment that supports the requirements of employees and the needs of the business.
You will work across a range of sectors such as residential, education, high rise and commercial.
Responsibilities
– Undertaking detailed structural engineering designs on a wide variety of buildings.
– Undertake structural analysis / calculations of building designs.
– Ensuring appropriate service/ design decisions are met.
– Capability to work independently or with the design team.
– Knowledge and understanding of current technical standards.
– Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Experience/ Qualifications
– Degree in Structural Engineering or a similar discipline.
– Minimum 3 years experience as a Structural Engineer.
– Familiar with AutoCAD and specialist softwares.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Previous experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
– Hold a full UK driving license.
