We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our clients team based in Brackley.

As the Project Administrator you will join the growing team and be involved in all aspects of the project management process.
From internal project enquiry, through to delivery where you will see the projects you have been involved in manufactured and installed.

Our client doesn't expect the successful candidate to have worked in the same industry, however what we are looking for is great communication skills and someone who has an excellent telephone manner.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your duties will include –
Supporting Project Managers with RAMS and site surveys
Putting together manuals
Helping key Account Managers and pre- qualification questionnaires
Ensuring timely dispatch of all project orders via regular communication with the production department and relaying updates back to customers as needed
Process, manage and coordinate smaller orders from design stage through to customer delivery
Assisting the Operations Director with ISO Audits ad tasks throughout the year
Putting together monthly invoicing reports
General telephone support, both UK and Export departments
This role will really suit someone who would like the opportunity to work both from home and also in the office as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following –
Great telephone manner
Fantastic communication skills, in person or via email / video call
Customer service focussed
An interest in architectural or interior design is desirable
This is a full time role paying around 22k.
Work from home and from the Brackley office as required.
