Project Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum Full benefits package
Imagine working in a top end interior design business where high quality extends to the business operation, the company culture and also to the working environment! Then imagine your role will be working alongside the team's Project Coordinators, overseeing and managing projects from quotation to completion and associated administrative requirements. The project coordinator team, gives support to the sales team along with the design team to deliver orders against the clients' brief and your role and input will be key to the project success!
You will probably be a degree calibre candidate with a knowledge/experience of as much of the following as possible:-
* Putting together quotes on QuoteWerks (or other quoting system) & CRM
* Working with both new business team and existing clients.
* Sending PO's to suppliers and liaising with based on any queries.
* Receiving and checking order acknowledgements against orders placed.
* Sending out order confirmation to client.
* Handover from sales to the Project Manager.
* Working with the design team to ensure drawings and presentations are correct.
* Ownership of client and supplier liaison.
* Checking invoices and signing off against orders placed.
* Creating, monitoring and closing out financial reports via the ERP system.
