Account Director
An exciting opportunity for an account manager who is ready for the next step in their career and looking to have more freedom to grow their department and their team. In the role you would be responsible for managing accounts within specific markets, ensuring that the company remain the preferred supplier for the client.
Main Responsibilities
Ownership of budgets
Ensuring good customer experience and client engagement for your accounts
Effectively managing a team
Resource management and capacity planning/forecasting for the account
Identifying up-selling activity
Guide complex projects, sometimes involving hands on support
Commercial analysis, setting pricing, reviewing commercial performance
Develop relationship with key customers
Maintain awareness of developments in the streaming market to ensure company stays competitive and develop market intelligence
Implement and manage training initiatives and conduct training when appropriate
Person Specification
Analytical with good creative judgement
Strong sales ability
Excellent knowledge of graphics workflow in a high-volume environment
Knowledge of the entertainment industry
Strong customer relationship management skills
Proven budget and forecasting management capability
Good decision making
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
Thorough knowledge of print processes and digital file formats
