This is an outstanding opportunity for an Associate-level Architect to step into a role where they will be involved in business development and work winning, studio leadership and management, project leadership at concept and delivery stages, working collaboratively with clients and consultants, and leading enthusiastic and talented teams within the studio.

With over 250 talented architects, designers, heritage consultants and surveyors across 14 offices in the UK and overseas, the opportunity exists to become a part of something huge.
The ideal Architect will be a results-driven, tenacious, self-starter who possesses the ability to focus on winning new business whilst leading and developing teams alongside the management of a range of bespoke architectural projects – particularly historic and listed buildings.
Associate Architect Requirements:
RIBA / ARB registered Architect
AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA accreditation – desirable
Min 10 years post-qualification experience
Demonstrable experience operating at an Associate Architect level within the UK
Proven business development and work winning skills
Commercial awareness / aptitude for business management
Proven ability of leading, managing and developing Architectural individuals and teams
Experience on delivering major projects over £25m construction value
Ability to manage the seamless running of all architectural projects to the highest standards through all RIBA work-stages
Proficiency in BIM/ Revit an advantage
Excellent communication & presentation skills
The successful Associate Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £45-£50k.
