An exciting opportunity for a Learning Designer seeking to join a successful and continually growing software SaaS organization in a high-growth SaaS sector. The successful e-Learning Designer will have previous experience designing e-learning content and computer-based training for a software product.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of creating computer-based training with ability to produce video scripts, content, and high-quality copywriting. Experience creating and editing videos would be an advantage. You will have experience working in partnership with a Technical Software Product Writer as you will often sit in with the Technical Writer and Software Engineering team and be involved in assisting on the technical writing side.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support the deployment of e-learning content for our clients.
Sit with technical writer and engineering team, support with high quality and technical (Software product) writing.
Create e-learning videos and support with the development of blended learning content.
Pilot and test new content working with the relevant teams in the business.
Work in a small training and e-learning team of five consisting of Technical Writer, Training Managers, and the Head of Training. This position will report to, and receive direct support and coaching from the Head of Training who is currently managing the e-Learning Content Design.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience developing and supporting delivery of learning content and computer-based training for a software / SaaS product.
Strong English copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience and skills with video transcript or creating and deploying training videos.
Experience using screen & video capture, video content design software ideal. Software experience may include; Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Prezi, ClousApp, FinalCut etc.
Flexible for hybrid working. Number of office days is open to discuss. We have a lovely office with great facilities in City of London.
